Delivery confirmation within Windsor/Tecumseh and surrounding areas:
Orders placed by 1pm on day of order will be delivered by end of next business day. Delivery is available Monday through Friday (9:00am–5:00pm). You will receive a confirmation via email on the requested date of delivery to confirm the status of your order.
Delivery confirmation outside of Windsor/Tecumseh and surrounding areas :
Once your order has been shipped by our shipper CANPAR, you will receive a tracking number via email so you may personally monitor the progress of your gift delivery. Shipper # may also be required (42905012). Please remember that Canpar updates their tracking information each day after midnight. eg. If you order a gift basket July 2nd to be delivered July 3rd in Quebec. Even though your basket may be delivered, you will have to wait until the morning of July 4th to verify who signed for the gift and what time it was delivered.
