We at, Bella Basket Boutique, pride ourselves in using the highest quality products, selection and service.  If for any reason during the ordering process, shipping or receiving of our gifts or baskets you are not completely satisfied,  please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Return and Refund Policy

Please ensure that all recipient information is entered correctly during ordering process, including recipient’s full name, address and contact phone #.  Incorrect shipping information may result in delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.

If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address.  The purchaser may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Bella Basket Boutique inspects all gifts prior to shipping. If your parcel appears to have been opened, damaged or tampered with, please contact us so we can make a claim with our carrier and arrange for a new parcel to be delivered at no charge, or offer you a full refund. We require that all damaged products be reported within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned items.

Refunds are not available when Bella Basket Boutique is provided with an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

Return Policy

Please note that all returns require a pre-authorization from Bella Basket Boutique. All returns are subject to our approval.

The returned product must be in its original carton with all the documentation, to insure full credit . No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our staff. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please allow 8 – 10 business days to process your return/exchange.  Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation that a credit has been applied towards your credit card.

All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. 

Holiday gift baskets which have been returned to us because we have not been able to deliver them for any reason are non-refundable(eg. incorrect address etc.)  Holiday gift baskets are non-refundable, due to their nature, unless damaged. 

Please note shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Due to government regulations all baskets shipped to the USA are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders which are cancelled after the gift basket has been built are subject to a  20% restocking fee.  Multiple orders after being built are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  All orders cancelled after credit card has been processed are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

Purchaser will also be responsible for any applicable shipping charges, if the gift order has already left our facility.

 

Substitution Policy

In the event a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.  However, we assure you the overall design and quality of the gift basket will not be compromised.
Please be advised that chocolate items may have to be substituted during hot summer months for items which are heat tolerant.
Bella Basket Boutique reserves the right to change, amend, cancel or update these policies at any time.
